Simmons Construction Company participated in the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Western Division Conference in Palm Springs, California. The event took place from 10.03.06 to 10.05.06. The floor was buzzing and the parties were plenty.  This was a great way to hear about the trends in building and development in the Southwest.
