      Simmons Construction Company, with Arizona Property Management, LLC, to Celebrate the Groundbreaking of the Bell Mar Neighborhood Shopping Plaza in Surprise, Arizona Simmons Construction Company will honor its developer and client, Arizona Property Management, LLC by hosting a ground breaking ceremony on-site at 11310 West Bell Road. The event will commence on Wednesday, February 7th, 2007 at 11:30 AM. The City of Surprise officials and Council members will be present, including Mayor Joan Shafer, who will address the attendees in support of the 72,000 square foot project.

      Simmons Construction Wins Its Largest Retail Project-To-Date, the Bell Mar Neighborhood Shopping Plaza in Surprise, Arizona Simmons Construction Company has been chosen to build the Bell Mar Neighborhood Shopping Plaza, a 72,000 Sq Ft Shopping Center at 11310 West Bell Road in Surprise, Arizona. The project is scheduled to break ground in late January.
